MINUTES On motion of Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Reynolds, the minutes of the regular meeting held January 2?, 196a, were approved by a seven yea vote. PUBLIC HEARINGS� (a) None. It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Thiel, that the above matter be referred to the staff to consider changing the entire length of �7est 18tb Street from VY estwood Hi.11s Curve and extending north to include Utah Avenue.
