CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by
Mayor Kenneth iltTolfe at 8:00 p. m. �
INVOCATION
Invocation was given by I�everend Ralph Erickson of the Prince
of �eace Lutheran �hurch.

Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Planning

MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman
Reynolds, the minutes of the regular meeting held January 2?, 196a,
were approved by a seven yea vote.

It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman
Thiel, that the above matter be referred to the staff to consider
changing the entire length of �7est 18tb Street from VY estwood
Hi.11s Curve and extending north to include Utah Avenue. Motion
pa8sed by a seven yea vote.

Mayor Vi�olfe read a letter from 1��r. �Tan Vc,lkenberg, who
represents 1�r. Nclsaacs in the case of the house at 2615
Idaho Avenue. This house was discussed, as well as other
houses in the same category which have been discussed pre-
viously. The City Attorney will check on the disposition of
the houses.
