CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called Lo order by Mayor Kenneth VJolfe ai g;p4 p. m� 2. INVOCATION Invocation was given by Reverend Allen ��,'hitman of the St. Georges Episcopal Church. 3. ROLL CALL The following Councilmen we re p re s ent at roll call: L;obert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Leonard Thiel Kenneth VJolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Planning Director, Dire�tor of �ublic Works, Street Superintendent, and the Secretary, � Councilman Robert Reynolds arrived at 8:09 p. m. 4. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Howard, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, the minutes of the regular meeting held February 3, 1964, were approved by a six yea vote. It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg, seconded by Councilnlan Thiel to waive first reading of proposed ordinance and to set date fox second readi.ng on February 2a, 196�. Motion was passed by a six yea vote. �ouncilman Howard was out of the room when the vote was taken. 6.
