INVOCATION Invocation was given by Reverend Allen ��,'hitman of the St. Georges Episcopal Church. 3. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Howard, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, the minutes of the regular meeting held February 3, 1964, were approved by a six yea vote.
