A motion wae made by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Thiel a recommendation be made to the municipal judges by the City Council that in the "Building Construction, Fire and Fire Prevention, Public Health Sanita tion, �ni�ng Violations Ordinance Bureau Order" under the paragraph entitled "Defendants to be Informed of Their Rights" the worcis"and a jury trial" be deleted. St. Louis Park, accepting bid, and authorizi�g the proper City officers to accept delivery of the policy therefor. Motion passed by a four yea vote. Councilmen Heltzer, Howard and Wolfe were not present. (b� BASE SEWER PUMPING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK AND NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY. Councilmen Heltzer arrived at ? 0:32 p. m. On motion of Councilman Heltzer, seconded by Councilman Thiel, the lists of verified claims prepared by the Director of Fina.nce and presented to the Council� dated December 14, 1964 in the total amounts of $6, 494. 18 for payroll and $50, 294.4? for vendora were approved� and the City Manager, City Clerk, and Gity Treasurer were authorized to issue checks covering same, by a five yea vote.
