ORDINANCE N0. 907 It was moved by Councilman Howard, s2cond�d by Councilman Ehrenberg, to waive second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 907, entitled, "An Ordinance Amending the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance Changing Boundari`s of Zoning Districts'�, Motion passed by a seven yea vote. It cvas moved by Councilman Ehrenberg� seconded by Council- man Reynolds, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to enter into agreement with Target Stores for easement along 36th Street for planting and sere�n -to be planted and maintained by Target Stores, in accordance with Mr. Crear?s expression of willingness to do so.
