On motion of Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Howard,
the minutes of the regular meeting held January 20, 1964, as a

It was moved by Councilman Howard, s2cond�d by Councilman
Ehrenberg, to waive second reading and adopt Ordinance
No. 907, entitled, "An Ordinance Amending the St. Louis
Park Zoning Ordinance Changing Boundari`s of Zoning
Districts'�, Motion passed by a seven yea vote.
It cvas moved by Councilman Ehrenberg� seconded by Council-
man Reynolds, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized
to enter into agreement with Target Stores for easement
along 36th Street for planting and sere�n -to be planted and
maintained by Target Stores, in accordance with Mr. Crear?s
expression of willingness to do so. Motion passed by a vote
of six y�as and one nay, Couneilman P�arson voting nay.
