GARDEN.
Present wer� Robert Glicicman and Mr, J, C. Glickman,
father. J. C. Glickman spok� for P.ob�rt Glicicman, Mr,
Hardacker oF Roller Gardens was also pres`nt.
It was moved by Councilman Pearson, s�cond�d by Council-
man Reynolcls, to deny the requ�st oF P,obert Gliekman to hold
a publie dance on February 11, 196�� at -the Roller Garden,
Motion passed by a seven yea vote.
It was moved hy Councilman Pearson, second�d by Council-
man Ehr`nbero, to approv� the application for a public dane�
at the Roller Garden, F�bruary 11, 1964, by Howard Hardacker.
Motion passed by a vot� of six yeas and on� nay. Councilman
Thiel voting nay.

It was moved by Councilman Heltzer, seconded by Council-
man Thiel, to waive readin; and adopt R`solution No. 2516,
entitled, 'iResolution Levying Assessment for R�moval of

yea vote.
