Letteiq dated August o , 1963 , from Northern States Power
Company was presented to the Council . The letter states
that they have no objection to the vacation providing they
are granted a permanent easement for the retention of their
facilities or are reimbursed for rerouting them .
A motion was made by Councilman Pearson , seconded by
Councilman Shank , to defer action on the above ordinance to
August 26 , 1963 . Motion passed by a six yea vote .
