ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll Call : Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Fran ! ; Howard Robert Shank; Leonard Thiel Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public Works and the Secretary 4 • MINUTES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Howard the minutes of the special and regular meetings held June 24 , 1963 , were approved by a five yea vote . 5 • PUBLIC HEARINGS ( a) IMPROVEMENT NO , 63 - 4 , SANITARY SEWER IN BROOK LANE FROM BROOKSIDE AVENUE TO 200 FLET SOUTH , AS DESCnIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED JUNE 20 AND JUNE 27 , 1963 .
