CLLL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Itjolfe at $ : 03 p . m 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Ellis Graber of the Union Congregational Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frani, Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Pttorney , City :assessor , Supervisor of Zoning , Director of Public Works and the Secretary . 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Heltzer , seconded by Councilman Shank , the minutes or the regular meeting held April 22 , 1963 were approved as amended adding the word " not " under item 6 ( a) on page 93 the third line , by a vote of seven yeas . The Council meeting convened at 3 : 25 p . m . at Central Junior High School , 6300 4alker Street . 5 . PUBLIC HEPaINGS (a) PROPOSED PRELIMIN,\aY PLAT OF WESTWOOD ESTATES SECOND ADDITION (IJEST OF 11ESTWOOD HILLS DRIVE AND NORTH OF FRANKLIN TzVENUE) REQUESTED BY ROBERT J . MC NULTY . Mayor opened the hearing on this matter . 9 ^ Council Minutes as, April 29 , 1963 Present were Robert Me Nulty and, John Balich , Engineer 5 ' for Mr . Me Nulty , Mayor Wolfe declared the hearing closed . It was moved by Councilman Shank , seconded by Council - man Pearson , to approve preliminary plat of Westwood Estates Second Addition .
