1 . CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting o :J' the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 P M .
2 . INVOCATION
Invocation was given by Rev . Ralph Eric ': son of the Prince of
Peace Lutheran Church .
3 . ROLL CALL
The following Councilmen were present at roll call :
Robert Ehrenberg
Frank Howard
Curtis Pearson
Robert Shank
Leonard Thiel
Kenneth Wolfe
Also present were the City Manager , Supervisor of Zoning ,
Director of Public Works and the Secretary .
4 . MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Ehrenberg , seconded by Councilman
Shank , the minutes of the regular meeting held April 3 , 1963 , were
approved by a six yea vote .
5 . PUBLIC HEARINGS

Motion passed by a six yea vote .

the improvements and ordering preparation of plans . Motion
lost by the following roll call vote : Councilman Ehrenberg ,
yea ; Councilman Heltzer , yea ; Councilman Howard , nay ; Conncil -
man Pearson , yea ; Councilman Shank , nay ; Councilman Thiel ,
yea ; Mayor wolfe , yea . (To pass this motion it requires
six affirmative votes , )
It was moved by Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman
Howard , to -reconsider the above motion . Motion passed by a
seven yea vote .
It was moved by Councilman Shank seconded by Couneilmzn
Howard , to defer action until April 22 , 1963 . Motion passed
by a seven yea vote .

Carl DePolis of Carl ' s Dairy Home Kwik Shop , was present ,
also Henry Carney , owner of the building , who explained what
the basement was being used for - it is being used for the
disposal of furniture left from stock in his former operation
on main floor .
It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg , seconded by
Councilman Thiel , to approve issuance of the above license .
Motion passed by a vote of six yeas and one nay . Councilman
Shank voting nay .

and maintenance cost
