LOUIS PARK , MINNESOTA March 18 , 1963 14 CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 ; 04 p . m . 36 INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Brewster Wilcox of the Union Congregational Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : James Heltzer_ Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Zoning Supervisor , Director of Public Works , Assessor and the Secretary . 4 . MINES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Thiel , the minutes of the regular meeting held March 11 , 1963 , were ng the word " insurance " in the last para - approved as amended addigraph under item 7 ( a ) , by a six yea vote . 5 . Louis Park" and to inform Mr . Jacobson that within a reasonable time the Council will advise him as to any changes . Motion passed by a vote of six yeas .
