LOUIS PARK , MINNESOTA March 11 , 1963 1 , CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 p . m , 2 , INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Jay Anderson of the Aldersgate Methodist Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrenberg James He .Lt zer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Director of Public Works , and the Secretary . 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Howard , the minutes of the regular meeting held March 4 , 1963 , were approved by a seven yea vote . 5 . PUBLIC HEARINGS (a) None . 6 . PETITIONS , RE UQ ESTS AND COMMUNICATIONS (a) COMMUNICATION FROM FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION CONCERNING Pj-�RKT_ NG PROBLEM IN AREA Arthur Olofson , representing First Federal Savings and Loan , was present at the meeting . It was moved by Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Thiel , to defer action on the above matter to March 18 , 1963 .
