A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order

Invocation was given by Rev . Ernest Campbell of the St .
George ' s Episcopal Church .

representing Tart - Ida Corporation , were present at the meetim

Councilman Howard , designating Brooklyn Spraying Service
as the lowest responsible bidder , and to accept bid in the
amount of $ 1 , 070 . 20 ; also authorizing the City Treasurer
to return bid checks to all but the succo- ssful bidder and
the next highest bidder . Motion passed by the following
roll call vote : Councilman H` ltzer , nay ; Councilman
