CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 : 02 p . m . 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Ralph Erickson or the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church . 3 . The City Manager explained that when a major portion of Subdivision contract has been completed , leaving only sodding , tree planting , etc . , that may not be done for one or more years or until building construction is done , the contractors have requested a reduction of bond principal . It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg , seconded by Council - man Thiel , that the Staff be directed to submit an amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to Provide for reduction of Subdivision bond when the major part of contract has been fulfilled . Motion passed by a seven yea vote . (b ) MEETING RELATIVE TO NE STOPUM SE-WER , Councilman Ehrenberg notified the Council of the meeting to be held relat7ve to -ch ,2 NE Storm Sewer , on t�dednesday , February 20, 1963 at 7 ; 30 P . m . at the home of Lowell Jonas , 2100 Parklands Road . ( c ) DOGS RUNNING kT LARGE - BY MRS , MORRIS Mrs . Morris spoke about th number ' • 2 ' i� of dors running at largy ' ,, ham also inquired anout the number of hours the Animal Rescue League is patrolling .
