1 . CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 : 02 p . m .
2 . INVOCATION
Invocation was given by Rev . Ralph Erickson or the Prince
of Peace Lutheran Church .

On motion of Councilman Pearson , seconded by Councilman
Howard , the minutes of the regular meeting held February 11 , 1963 ,
were approved by a seven yea vote .

BOND REDUCTION REQUESTS ( DEFERRED FROM FEBP.ULRY 11 , 1963 ) .
The City Manager explained that when a major portion of
Subdivision contract has been completed , leaving only sodding ,
tree planting , etc . , that may not be done for one or more
years or until building construction is done , the contractors
have requested a reduction of bond principal .
It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg , seconded by Council -
man Thiel , that the Staff be directed to submit an amendment
to Subdivision Ordinance to Provide for reduction of Subdivision
bond when the major part of contract has been fulfilled . Motion
passed by a seven yea vote .
( d) STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REPORT ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF
