INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Quinten Alfors of the St . Louis Park Evangelical Free Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrm berg James Heltzer Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public T'Jorks and the Secretary . The City Manager introduced High School students that were present to obers ` ve the Council meeting . 4 . Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter . Peter Kosmos was present in favor of request . Mayor [ Vole declared the hearing closed . It was moved by Councilman Helt zer , seconded by Council - man Ehrenberg , to approve the issuance of the above license subject to approval of State Liquor Control Commission , Motion passed by asix yea vote . 6 . It was moved by Councilman Pearson , seconded by Councilman Shank , that the foregoing matter be referred to the Staff for report and recommendation also clarification abstaof space needed by the Hennepin County League of Munici al - lotion passed by a vote of five yeas . Mayor Wolfe abstained from voting .
