1 . CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at C p . m .
2 . INVOCATION
Invocation was given by Rev . Phillip Morgan of the Aldersgate
Methodist Church .
3 . ROLL CALL
The following Councilmen were present at roll call :
Robert Ehrenberg
James Heltzer
Frank Howard
Curtis Pearson
Robert Shank
Leonard Thiel
Kenneth Wolfe
Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Director
of Public Works , Supervisor of Zoning and the Secretary .
4 . MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Heltzer ,
the minutes of the regular meeting held January 14 , 1963 , were
approved as amended , ( Item 9 (b ) ' that the Staff study Zoning Ord -
inance to correct situations similar to this one " instead of " that
the Staff study all unplatted land " ) . Motion passed by a seven yea
vote .
A motion was made by Councilman Thiel , seconded by Councilman
Shank , that due to the larga attendance the meeting be adjourned
to the Union Congregational Church , for the hearing under Item 5 ( a) .
Motion passed by a vota of sevan yeas .
5 . PUBLIC HEARINGS
( a) IMPROVEMENT NO , 62 - 60 PROPOSED STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION IN
NORTHEAST SECTION OF CITY , AS DESCRIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING
PUBLISHED DECEMBER 27 , 1062 and JANUARY 3 , 1963 .
Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter .
