CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 3 : 02 p . m . 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev * Phillip Morgan of the Aldersgate Methodist Church . 3 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Howard , the minutes of the regular meeting held July 9 , 1962 , were approved by a seven yea vote . 4A PRESENTATION OF FLAG BY V . F . w . Cliff Findell of the St . Louis Park V . F . W . Post 5632 presented a new flag of the United States to the City . Mayor Wolfe accepted same Wv' b thanks . 5 . That the area set aside for the baseball diamond be separated from the play equipment area by an effective barrier . ( c ) PETITION CONCERNING SIDEWALK ON AQUILA AVENUE . Councilman Pearson presented a petition signed by Mrs . Art Cahill and others regarding sidewalk on Aquila Avenue . It was moves'. by Councilman Pearson , seconded by Councilman Thiel , to refer the petition to the Staff with the direction that no construction of sidewalk be started on the West side of Aquila Avenue until report has been received . Councilman Ehrenberg passed out suggestions in writing to members of the Council from the Highway Committee concerning the City' s highway problems , and requested that they be studied . 11 .
