CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by President Pro Tem Robert Ehrenberg at un p . m . 2 , INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Herman E . Soderberg of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Also present were the City Manager , Supervisor of Zoning , Planning Director , Director of Public Works and the Secretary . 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Howard , seconded 2by Councilman 2 and thShank , the minutes of the regular meeting held Board of Equalization meeting held June 255 1962 , were approved by a six yea vote . RESOLUTION NO , 2103 It was moved by Councilman Thiel , seconded by Councilman Shank , to waiv ` reading and adopt Rsolution No . 2103 , as amended deleting the word " Preliminary " and replacing it with the word " Construction " , so as to read f1Resolution Approving Construction Plans and Specifications for Improv; ment of a Portion o Trunk Highway No . 7 within the Limits of St .
