CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth �Iolfe . 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev . Lyle Halverson of the First Lutheran Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call . Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel ICenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Director of Public Works , City Assessor and the Secretary . 40 MINUTES On motion of Councilman Howard , seconded by Councilman Heltzer , the minutes of adjourned meeting of May 21 , 1962 and the regular meeting held May 28 , 1962 , were approved by a seven yea vote . CONCERNING PROPOSED STORM SEWER PROJECT FOR DISTRICT NO , 6 . A motion was made by Councilman Ehrenberg , seconded by Councilman Shank , to approve and authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract on behalf of the City .
