A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 3 : 05 p , m ,

roll call vote : Councilman Ehrenberg , nay ; Councilman Heltzer ,

It was moved by Councilman Heltzer , seonded by Councilman
Howard , to table the above matter . Motion passed by a six
yea vote .

Present at the meeting was G . Matz ` r , 3210 Cavell
Lane , representing 16 neighbors who wanted this project
killed .
Mayor Wolfe declared the hearing closed .

ROBERT MCNULTY FOR APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTWOOD

A motion was made by Councilman Howard , seconded by
Councilman Pearson , -to approve preliminary plat of Westwood
Hills Country Gardens subject to the condition problems
regarding .

2 . Restudy of the proposed street grade

4 . Protection of the existing drain the being
solved prior to -the submission of the Final Plat .
Motion lost by t- he following roll call vote : Councilman
Ehrenberg , nay ; Councilman Heltzar , nay ; Councilman Howard ,
yea ; Councilman Parson , yea ; Councilman Shank , nay ; Mayor
Wolfe , yea .
A motion was made by Councilman Pearson , seconded by
Councilman Howard , to approve preliminary plat of Westwood
Hills Country GLrdens subject to the condition problems
regarding : 1 . Soil Borings , 2 . restudy of the proposed
street grade , 3 , the peat deposit area , 4 . protection of
the existing drain the being solved prior to the submission
of the Final Plat , and that drainage makes the project
feasible , and subject to a dedication of all land north and
west of Franklin Avenue extended and subject to the developer
assuming responsibility of all sanitary sower and trunk sewer
assessments being paid , subject a rendering acceptable to the
Council . Motion passed by a vote of five yeas and one nay .
Councilman Ehrenberg voting nay .
