LOUIS PARK , MINNESOTA April 9 , 1962 L , CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth ` lolfe at 3 p , m . 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rabbi Moses Sachs of the Bnai Abraham Synagogue , 3 , ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public fildorks and the Secretary . 40 MINUTES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Howard , the minutes of the regular meeting held April 2 , 1962 and adjourned meeting held April 4 , 1962 , were approved by a seven yea vote . s • PUBLIC HEARINGS ( a) APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO SELL INTOXICATIcvG LIQUOR OFF SALE AT 7209 CEDAR LAKE ROAD BY JAMES MICHAEL MC GILLIGAN , AS DESCRIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED MARCH 22 , 1962 . Mayor �Jolfe opened the hearing on this matter , The following persons were present in favor of request : H . C . Davis , Attorney for James Mc Gilligan , James Mc Gilligan and Lennart Karlson Secretary of Westwood ; hopping Center , Inc . H . C . Davis , Attorney , spoke for the applicant .
