Burry , City Attorney , reported that the Reilly Tar & Chemical Co . obtained Write of Certiorari with temporary restraining order to prohibit the City from completing its authorization of a Housing and Redevelopement authority under Resolution No . 2003 . The City Attorney moved to quash the grit which was granted . Publication of Resolution No . 2003 and the filing of it with the State is now in order , 9 .
