A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolf e at u : 01 p . m .

Invocation was given by Rev . Wallace Gears of the St . Gaorge ' s
Episcopal Church .

4 . MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Heltzer ,
the minutes of the regular meeting held April 9 , 1962 , were approved
by a six yea vote .

A motion was made by Councilman Pearson , seconded by
Councilman Heltzr ,r , that the Liquor License Policy of 1957
be amended to dolete " Excelsior Boulevard " . Motion lost by
