Everette Tande of the Ascension Lutheran Church . 3 * POLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public Trdorks and the Secretary . Councilman Ehrenberg arrived at 8 : 10 p . m . 4 .
