CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by President Pro tem Robert Ehrenberg at U' : 03 p . m . 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rc - • . John Foss of the Peace Presby - terian Church . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : Robert Ehrenberg James Heltzer Frank Howard Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public Works and the Secretary . 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Heltzer , seconded by Councilman Howard , the minutes of the regular meeting held November 12 , 1962 , were approved by a six yea vote . A resolution was presented to Dorothea Nelson commending her for her services ; also a gift from the group that was present at Dorothea Nelson ' s party . Presentation was made by President Pro tem Robert Ehrenberg . 5 . PUBLIC HEARINGS ( a) None . 6 • PETITIONS REQUESTS AND COi` NUNICATIONS ( a ) COMMUNICATION ON BEHALF OF GENERAL REALTY COMPANY CONCERNING ERICKSON GASOLINE STATION AT 7916 MINNETONKA BOULEVARD . FINGERMAN TO REZONE LOTS 3 AND 41 BLOCIC 32 ADOLPH FINE ' S ADDITION FROM R - 2 TO R - B DISTRICT AT 6301 MINNETONKA BOULEVARD , RECOMMENDING THAT LOT 3 ONLY BE REZONED , Attorney H . C . Davis and Meyer Fingerman were present at the meeting . It was moved by Councilman Heltzer , seconded by Counil - man Shank ., set date for public hearing on December 10 , 1962 , on Lots 3 and 4 , Blocic 3 , Adolph Fine ' s Addition . Before vote was takan Councilman Howard made a motion to table the matter . Motion lost because or no second . The President Pro tem then called for a vote on the original motion , which was passed by a six yea vote .
