POLL CALL The following Council- men were present at roll call : i Robert Ehrenberg ' James Heltzer_ Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe I Also present were the City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public Works and the Secretary . Visiting the Council , in uniform , was St . Louis Park Boy Scout Troup No . 379 . They attended the meeting as pact of their program to earn meth badge 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Shank , seconded by Councilman Heltzer , the minutes of the regular meeting held November 5 , 1962 , were approved by a six yea vote . 5 .
