Also present were City Manager, Director of -Finance, Assistant
to the City Manager, James Blakeborough and the Secretary.
Robert Shank and Leonard Thiel arrived at 5:10 p.m.
MUNICIPAL PARKS
It was moved by Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Ehrenberg,
that the Municipal Parks Budget be approved as presented. Motion passed
by a six yea vote.
COMMUNITY CENTER
It was moved by Councilman
that the Community Center Budget
by a six yea vote.
HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK DISTRICT
Pearson, seconded by Councilman Messer,
be approved as presented. Motion passed
Budget approved unanimously.
PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE
It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Ehrenberg,
that contractual services be reduced to $10,000,00, mot ion passed by a
six yea vote.

that the Public Assistance and Welfare Budget be

that the organized Recreation Budget be approved as amended.
Before vote was taken a motion was made by Councilman Pearson
soconded by Councilman Thiel, to further amend Or1ganized Recreation

dalet4tem 53- capital outlay. Motion lost by a vote of three yeas
and four nays. Councilmen Ehrenberg, Jorvig, Messer and Mayor Wolfe
voting nay.
It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Ehrenberg,
to reduce item 23a - travel conference school to $250.00. Motion passed
by a seven yea vote .
A call for vote on motion to approve Organized Recreation Budget
as amended and same was passed by a vote of six yeas and one nay.
Councilman Pearson voting nays
Bgor Wolfe stepped out of the room and Councilman Jorvig took the chair.

It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Thiel,
that the Debt Service (General Obligation Bond) Fund Budget was approved
as presented. Motion passed by a seven yea vote.
DEBT SERVICE I
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS FUND
The Debt Service (Special Assessment Bond) Fund Budget was approved
as presented by unanimous assent.
