MIM On motion of Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Pearson, the minutes of the regular meeting held July 24, 1961, were approved by a six yea vote. PUBLIC HEARINGS (a) PROPOSED REZONING OF THE PROPERTY BETWEEN MINNETONKA BLVD., UTAH AVENUE, XYLON AVENUE AND WEST 30k STREET FROM B-1 TO B-3 DISTRICT, REQUESTED BY GENERAL REALTY COMPANY, (CASE N0. 61-46-Z), AS DESCRIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED JULY 27, 1961. Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter. Present speaking in opposition was Tom Reiersgord, 2943 Boone Avenue. Appearing in support of the request was Adolph Fine.
