LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA August 21, 1961 CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8 p,m, INVOCATION Invocation was given by Joseph u'ustad, City Clerk, ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call: Robert Ehrenberg Torval Jorvig D. C. Messer Curtis Pearson Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Assistant City Engineer, Planning Director and the Secretary. MINUTES On motion of Shank, the minutes were approved by a Councilman Jorvig, seconded by Councilman of the regular meeting held August 14, 1961s seven yea vote.
