by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8:03 P.m.

Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director
of Public Works, Planning Director and the Secretary.
Councilman Jorvig arrived at 8:18 p.m.
MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Thiel,
the minutes of the regular meeting and the Board of Equalization
meeting held June 26, 1961, were approved by a five yea vote.
Councilman Jorvig was not present when vote was taken.

A motion was made by Councilman Thiel, seconded by
Councilman Messer, to approve issuance of the above
license , Motion passed by a vote of four yeas and one
nay. Councilman Jorvig voting nay. Councilman Ehrenberg
abstained from voting.
(d) REALIGNMENT OF COUNTY ROAD N0. 16 (CEDAR LAKE ROAD -
DEFERRED FROM JUNE 269 1961).
L. P. Pederson, County Engineer, was present at the
meeting.
A motion was made by Councilman Ehrenberg that the
City request the County to abandon Cedar Lake Road (County
Highway No. 16) as a County road from Highway 100 to
Franoe Avenue, Motion lost because of no second.
