Congregational Church. ROLL CALL was called to order Ellis Graber of the Union The following Councilman were present at roll call: Robert Ehrenberg. Curtis Pearson D. C. Messer Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Public Works, Planning Director and the Secretary. Councilman Jorvig arrived at 8:18 p.m. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Thiel, the minutes of the regular meeting and the Board of Equalization meeting held June 26, 1961, were approved by a five yea vote.
