MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL ES MEETING ST, LOUIS PARK, INN1961 TA July 104, CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8:03 P.m. INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev. Congregational Church. ROLL CALL was called to order Ellis Graber of the Union The following Councilman were present at roll call: Robert Ehrenberg. Curtis Pearson D. C. Messer Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Public Works, Planning Director and the Secretary. Councilman Jorvig arrived at 8:18 p.m. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Thiel, the minutes of the regular meeting and the Board of Equalization meeting held June 26, 1961, were approved by a five yea vote. Councilman Jorvig was not present when vote was taken. PUBLIC HEARINGS (a) None . PETITIONS REQUESTS AND COMMUNICATIONS (a) PETITION FROM MR. AND MRS. J. A motion was made by Councilman Ehrenberg that the City request the County to abandon Cedar Lake Road (County Highway No. 16) as a County road from Highway 100 to Franoe Avenue, Motion lost because of no second.
