MINUTES OF CITY COUNCILMEETING

1. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8:06 p . m .
2. INVOCATION
Invocation was given by Rabbi Mases Sachs of the BTnai
Abraham Synagogue.
3. ROLL CALL

Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director
of Public Works, Planning Director and the Secretary.
4. MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman
Jorvig, the minutes of the regular meeting held June 12,1961,
were approved by a six yea vote.
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
(a) IMPROVEMENT NO. 60-359 STORM SEWER IN COBBLECREST AREA
AS DESCRIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED JUNE 1 AND
8, 1961.
Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter.
