On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman
Shank, the minutes of the regular meeting held May 8, 1961,
were approved as amended (8(e) under Subd. 5 deleting "Electrical
Service" from the motion and under 9(c) that the word amend be
changed to study) by a six yea vote.
