Stewart Dale of the First Lutheran Church, ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call: Robert Ehrenberg Curtis Pearson D. C. Messer Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Public Works and the Secretary. Mr. 0. Hultmann, City Administrative Officer from Kristian- sand, Norway, was also present at the meeting. MINUTES -_ On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Shank, the minutes of the regular meeting held May 8, 1961, were approved as amended (8(e) under Subd. 5 deleting "Electrical Service" from the motion and under 9(c) that the word amend be changed to study) by a six yea vote.
