CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of theCity Council was called to order by Nlayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8:02 p.m. 2. INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev. Victor Quello of the Westwood Lutheran Church, 3. ROLL CALL The following Councilman were present at roll call: Torval Jorvig Curtis Pearson D. C.
