It was moved by Councilman Jorvig, seconded by Councilman Pearson, to waive first reading of proposed ordinance and to set date for second reading on April 10, 1961. Motion passed by a seven yea vote. (b) PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0, 60-91 IN DART AVENUE FROM MORNINGSIDE ROAD TO NORTH LINE OF LOT 21, BLOCK 13, BROWNDALE PARK ADDITION, AS DESCRIBED IN NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED MARCH 16 AND 231 1961. Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter. The following persons were present in favor: Mr. D. C. Steinhelber, 4330 Wooddale Avenue and Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Lipka, owners of Lot 6 & 7, Block 1, Tingdale`s Replat, It was moved by Councilman Messer, seconded by ari, Councilman Jorvig, that hearing on this impvovement be continued April 17, 1961.
