by payment of $2,100.00 and receiving therefor a dis-
missal with prejudice, a dead to Lot 19 William Scotts
Addition to Morningside, and a release of past and
future damages as to Lots 13 and 14 Block 4 of Minikanda
Vista Third Addition to the Village of Morningside.
