CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8;04 p,m, 2. INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev. Paul Obenauf of the Wooddale Lutheran Church, 3. ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call; Robert Ehrenberg Torval Jorvig Curtis Pearson D. C. Messer Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Public Works, Planning Director and the Secretary, 4. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Thiel, the minutes of the regular meeting held March 20, 1961, were approved, as amended by Councilman Pearson, by a seven yea vote. (Amendments: Item 5(c) to show that Councilman Pearson presented a list of seven names who desired temporary paving; Item 5(i) to show that Elmer Rossin was opposed to the improvement; Item 5(k) to show that John A. Forchas, 2939 Toledo Avenue and Robert A. Dennett, 2940 Salem Avenue were present and wanted alley repaired after being damaged during church building construction.) 5. PROPOSED ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF (HEARING CON- TINUED FROM FEBRUARY 20, 1961); ALSO COMMUNICATION FROM MR. AND MRS. J. It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg, seconded by Councilman Shank, that action on this matter be deferred to April 10, 1961, and that the City Manager be requested to make a report on parking facilities.
