1. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Wolfe at S p.m.

Invocation was given by Rev. Donald Patz of the First
Assembly of God Church,

On motion of Councilman Shank, seconded by Councilman
Thiel, the minutes of the regular meeting held March 6, 196111
were approved by a six yea vote.

and Recreation Commission for advice and recommendation.

by Councilman Shank, that the Mayor and City Manager be
authorized to execute the necessary contract with Minne-
sota Tree Service. Motion passed by a six yea vote.
PROPOSED AGREEMENT WITH ORR SCHELEN FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES*
A motion was made by Councilman Shank, seconded by
Councilman Jorvig, to approve and to authorize the Mayor
and City Manager to execute on behalf of the City.

On motion of Councilman Shank, seconded by Council-
man Thiel, the lists of verified claims prepared by the
Director of Finance and presented to the Council, in the
total amounts of $592.59 for payroll, and $42,363.87 for
vendors were approved, and the City Manager, City Clerk
and City Treasurer were authorized to issue checks covering
same, by a roll call vote of six yeas.

1. Final Payment. Traffic Control signal system. As
per agreement with Department of Highways, State of
Minnesota. Amount $31150.00.
