Invocation was given by Rabbi Moses Saches of the Bfnai Abraham Synagogue. 3. ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call. Robert Ehrenberg Torval Jorvig Curtis Pearson D. C. Messer Robert Shank Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Director of Public Works , Planning Director and the Secretary* 4. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman Jorvig, the minutes of the regular meeting held October 23, 1961, were approved as amended adding the followinhetCoancil,tbeforeeany Hessian stated that he would appear before t building permits are requested for Lot 2, Block 1, Minneapolis Baseball and Athletic Association Addition Motion passed by a seven yea vote. 5. He requested that they be allowed Sunday parking on the south side of 41st Street between Wehster Avenue and Highway 100. The City Manager mad` a report.
