CALL TO ORDER

A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Kenneth Wolfe at 8:02 p.m.
INVOCATION

Invocation was given by Rabbi Moses Saches of the Bfnai
Abraham Synagogue.

4. MINUTES
On motion of Councilman Messer, seconded by Councilman
Jorvig, the minutes of the regular meeting held October 23, 1961,
were approved as amended adding the followinhetCoancil,tbeforeeany

Baseball and Athletic Association Addition Motion passed by
a seven yea vote.

allowed Sunday parking on the south side of 41st Street
between Wehster Avenue and Highway 100.

It was moved by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Council-
man Jorvig, that the City Manager be directed to prepare
a resolution setting up Sunday parking only on the south
side of 41st Street between Webster Avenue and Highway 100.
Motion passed by a vote of five yeas and two nays. Council.
