CALL TO � ORDER A regular meeting: the City Council was called to order by Kenneth Wolfe at UO p.m, 2 INVOCATION Invocation was given by Rev. Phillip Morgan of the Aldersgate Methodist Church. 3. Mayor Wolfe opened the hearing on this matter. Tom Raiersgord, representing Town Taxi and Charles Peterson, President of Town Taxi, were present at the meeting in favor of the request.
