helber, 1�330 Wooddale Avenue were present in favor. Mr. Monroe
Severson of 4371 Dart Avenue was in favor of le�ving it as it is.
Mayor Wolfe decla�ed the hearing closed.
A motion was made by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Council-
man Ehrenberg, that the request for Vacation c�' West 1�3.� Street
between Wooddale and Dart Avenues be denied because it is not in
the public interest. Motion passed by a�even y�ea vote.-

spokesman for the groupo A proposal for the use of the land which

discussed.
Clarence Bros spoke in opposition to the suggested parking
area.
Mayor Wolfe requested that action on this matter be deferred
f or thirty days .
A motion by Councilman Ehrenberg, seconded by Councilman
Messer, was made that action on this matter be deferred to
September 19, 1960 and referred to the City Mana�er for a plan
that will be acceptable to all persons involved. Motion passed
by a seven yea vote,
