LOUIS PARK , MINNESOTA June 28 , 1960 The adjourned meeting of the City Council of June 27 , 1960 was called to order by Mayor Wolfe at 2 p . m . The following Councilmen were present at roll call : D . C . Messer Curtis Pearson Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the Acting City Manager , City Attorney , Director of Finance and the Secretary . Councilman Shank arrived at 2 : 07 p . m . BID AWARD FOR PARK BONDS AND IMPROVEMENT BONDS 1960 RESOLUTION NO . 1329 A motion was made by Councilman Messer , seconded by Councilman Pearson , to waive reading and adopt Resolution No . 1329 , entitled , " Resolution Accepting Bid for Improvement Bonds of . 1960 and Park, . . . . Bonds of 1960" . Motion passed by a five yea - vote . 1 RESOLUTION FIXING THE FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS, DIRECTING THEIR EXECU- TION AND .PROVIDING, FOR . PAYMENT OF PARK . BONDS OF 1 60 .
