Final Payment. Construction of Well No. 11. Con-
tractor, Bergerson-Caswell, Inc. Amount, $28,160.45,
Harry Mayeron, Consulting Engineer, was present and
gave a report on this project.

It was moved by Councilman Messer, seconded by Counil-
man Jorvig, to waive reading and adopt Resolution No. 1555,
entitled, "Resolution Accepting Work on Well No. lltr
