PUBLIC HEARINGS (a) PROPOSED STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT N0. 59-84 IN ALLEY BETWEEN EDGEWOOD AND FLORIDA AVENUES, MINNETONKA BOULEVARD AND WEST 31st STREET AS DESCRIBED IN N�TICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED OCTOBER 27 AND NOVEMBER 3, 1960.
