After considerable discussion a motion was made
by Councilman Ehrenberg, seconded by Councilman Messer,
that the matter of off-stre�t parking for the Community
Center and bu�iness in same area be referre d to the City
Manager for study and recommendation . Motion passed by
a seven yea vote.

Councilman Messer, that the Council grant a variance
from th� requirments of the ZoniAg Ordinance and provide
in the contract that no boulevard sodding be required
on the west side of Xylon l�venue and south side of
32nd Street and that the City will supply fill to bring
Xylon Avenue and 32nd Street up to grade. The Sub-
dividor shall provide eqt�ipment to build the grade from
earth furnished by the C�.�y. Motion passed by a sevei�
yea vote.
