(a2) CITY INSURIINCE POLICY DISCUSSED FURTHER.
The City Manager gave a report.
It was moved by Councilman P�arson, seconded by
Councilman Thiel, that the Workmen's Compens ation Speei-
fications be accepted as drawn up - with Retrospective
D and Standard Plans and with direction that Dividend
Plan as filed with State Insurance Department b� filed
with bid. Motion passed by a vote of seven yeas.
It was moved by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Council-
man Ehrenberg, that the General Compensation Liab ility
Insurance limits be set at $200,00O.O�J for injuries to
any one person, $500,000.00 on account of one accident,
and $100,000.00 for property damage. Motion passe d by a
vote of seven yeas.
It was moved by Councilman Shank, seconded by Couneil-
man Messer, that the recommendation of the Committee �o set
the limits on the Comprehensive Auto Liability Policy at
$200,000.00 for injuries to any one person, $500,000.00
on account of one accident and $100,000.00 for property
damage. Motion passed by a seven yea vote.
It was moved by Councilman Thiel, seconde d by Council-
man Jorvig, that alternate bids for Fire Insurance be re-
quested for struetures $10,000.00 and over and $2,500.00
and over. Motion passed by a vote of seven }reas ,

�'and establishm�nts for the sale of non-intoxicating malt
bever�ges, cigars, cigarettes, all forms of tobacco,
beverages and soft drinks at retail, "A bona fide club
is an organization for social or busin�ss purposes or for
intell�etual improv�ment, or for th� promotion of sports,
where the serving of such non-intoxicating malt liquors
is incidental and not the major purposz of the club",
and ins�rting "It is further provided that no "on Salef'
license shall be granted, in any e4ert, to any person
unless there is conducted at the place for which the
licensz is issued a bona fide and r�gular easting estab-
lishment where meals are regularly served, and said eating
establishment ha9'b�en in operation for at least 6 months";
and deleting from Section 2:108 (b) t'It shall be unlawful
for any licens�e to shade or obsure any window or window
in a door in sueh mann�r as to prevent a clear view into
the interior of the licensed premises". Motion passed by
a vote of five yeas and two nays . Councilman Shank and
