SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 10, 1954 �=
A special meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor R. C.
Fernstrom at 8:00 P.M., for the purpose of canvassing the votes of the Village-
Election held December 72 1954, and to approve the verified claims for the services
of the Election Judges. The following Council Members were present at roll call:

Trustee Jorvig
Trustee Middleton
Clerk Justad
Mayor Fernstrom.
Village Election
The Judges reports of the Village Election held December 7, 1954 were canvassed,
and on motion of Trustee Bolmgren, seconded by Trustee Jorvig, the following resolu-
tion was adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council:

WHEREAS, the Village Council has canvassed the certified reports of the Village
Election Judges fdr the December 7, 1954 Election, and find them as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED that the following persons are duly elected to their respective
offices, effective January 1, 1955:

and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Proposed Home Rule Charter be hereby adopted.
Verified Claims
On motion of Trustee Jorvig, seconded by Trustee Bolrggren, the following
verified claims for Election Judges were approved, and the Mayor and Clerk were
authorized to issue warrants covering same, by unanimous vote of all Members of the
Council; by roll call as follows - Trustee Bolmgren, yea; Trustee Jorvig, yea;
