M., with the following Council Members present at roll call: Trustee Bolmgren Trustee Jorvig Trustee Middleton Clerk Justad Mayor Hurd Action Setting Meeting Date Recinded By acclamation the action taken 232 1952 setting its next meeting for by the Council at its meeting of June July 7th was unanimously recinded. Bids for Police Car As advertised in the St. Louis Park Dispatch June 19, 1952, sealed bids were received from the following bidders for the furnishing of One (1) 1952 Custom Tudor Sedan, Color Black, 110 H. P. or over V type Motor, including Air Conditioning Heating Unit and Directional Lights, plus all standard factory equipment; taking into consideration the trade-in of One (1) 1949 Custom Tudor Ford Sedan: Dahlberg Brothers, Inc. $1170.00 The Woodhead Company, Inc. 111$.00 Bid Awarded On motion of Trustee Middleton, seconded by Trustee Bolmgren, the bid received this meeting from The Woodhead Company, Inc. for the furnishing of One (1) 1952 Ford Customline 8 cylinder Tudor according to our specifications, and trade-in of One (1) 1949 Custom Tudor Ford Sedan, was deemed to be the lowest bid of a responsible bidder, and the Clerk was authorized to issue a purchase order for same at price bid of $1118.00, by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council. ' G�..L�IiIIBD.,�a�rnr Resolution On motion of Trustee Jorvig, seconded by Trustee Middleton, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of all Members of the Council: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT RESOLVED by the Village Council that the bid of Anderson and Sons Company for paving, curb and gutter and sidewalk for Minnetonka Boulevard be determined to be the lowest bid received from a responsible bidder, and the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign contract for the same as prepared by the Village Attorney, provided that the contract shall not be entered into until the County of Henne- pin shall have entered into a contract with the village providing for the joint financing of the project by the Village and County on the basis of the proposal submitted by the County Highway Engineer whereby the County will contribute to the Village one-half of the items listed in said proposal amounting, on the basis of the unit prices in the bid to $69,230.10, and will pay all engineering cost; and provided further that the following items of the proposal be eliminated from the bid: Planting soil - black dirt Parkway seeding Seed Class 2 Area Sodding 1 i 1 June 30, 1952 362-A Meeting Adjourned On motion of Trustee Middleton, seconded by Clerk Justad, the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 P.
