General Outdoor Advertising Company for permission to place an illuminated
billboard on Lot 5, Block 323, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park and recommended
its denial.
On motion of Trustee Perkins, second6d by Trustee Jorvig, the Committee
of the Whole's report on the application of the General Outdoor Advertising
Company for permission to place an illumindted billboard 15' x 50' on Lot 53
Block 323, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park'was accepted and application denied
by unanimous vote of Council M6mbers present.

Plat of Minikanda Park Addition Approved
(Lot 82, Auditors Sub. 301)
On motion of Trustee Perkins, seconded by Trustee Jorvig, the plat of
Minikanda Park Addition (Lot 82, Auditors Subdivision #301) was approved, and
the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign same for the Village; subject to
receipt of certified check in the amount of $500:00, or performance bond in the
amount of $1,000.00 to assure grading of streets; dedication of Lots 4and 12
for drainage purposes, and opinion on title. Motion was°passed by unanimous
vote of Council Members present.
Occupation of Basement Dwelling Continued
On motion of Trustee Jorvig, seconded by Trustee Perkins, the request of
Lloyd Stigsell, 1477 Jersey Avenue, St. Louis Park (Building Permit #6766) to
continue occupying his basement dwelling at said address was approved, and ex-
tended to July 1, 1951, by unanimous vote of Council Members present.
Gas Main Extensions
On motion of Trustee Perkins, seconded by Trustee Jorvig, the following
gas main extensions were approved by unanimous vote of Council Members present:

CREATING SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 2-H
The Village Council of the Village of St. Louis Park ordains:
'Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 318 of the Village of St. Louis
Park entitled, "AN ORDINANCE CREATING SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 2-H, adopted
by the Village Council February 212 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby created and established a sanitary sewer
district -of the Village of St. Louis Park to be known and designated
as Sanitary Sewer District No. 2-H, the boundaries of which shall be
as follows:
-Commencing on the East line of Wooddale Avenue at the Northwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Brookview Addition; thence Southerly
along the -Easterly line of Wooddale Avenue to the Northwest_

On motion of Trustee Perkins, seconded by Trustee Jorvig, the Building

old cars, trailers, etc. for assembling and repairs, by unanimous vote of the
