On motion of Trustee Perkins, second6d by Trustee Jorvig, the Committee of the Whole's report on the application of the General Outdoor Advertising Company for permission to place an illumindted billboard 15' x 50' on Lot 53 Block 323, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park'was accepted and application denied by unanimous vote of Council M6mbers present. 1 1 January 22, 1951 225 Plat of Minikanda Park Addition Approved (Lot 82, Auditors Sub. 301) On motion of Trustee Perkins, seconded by Trustee Jorvig, the plat of Minikanda Park Addition (Lot 82, Auditors Subdivision #301) was approved, and the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign same for the Village; subject to receipt of certified check in the amount of $500:00, or performance bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to assure grading of streets; dedication of Lots 4and 12 for drainage purposes, and opinion on title. Motion was°passed by unanimous vote of Council Members present. Occupation of Basement Dwelling Continued On motion of Trustee Jorvig, seconded by Trustee Perkins, the request of Lloyd Stigsell, 1477 Jersey Avenue, St. Louis Park (Building Permit #6766) to continue occupying his basement dwelling at said address was approved, and ex- tended to July 1, 1951, by unanimous vote of Council Members present.
