REGULAR MEETING JULY 3, 1950 X
A meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Clerk Joseph
Justad at 8:00 P. M. At roll call only Clerk Justad was present.
Bids for Construction of Sanitary Sewer 2-H
Pursuant to advertisement in the St. Louis Park Dispatch, sealed bids
were received from the following bidders for the construction of Sanitary Sewer
2-H
i1. Dan Borre, St. Paul, Minnesota $195,990.35
2. Phelps-Drake Company, Minneapolis 121,463.00
3. Bonander & Company, Minneapolis 146.075.00

4. Lametti & Lametti, St. Paul 129,142.35 •
5. Orfei & Mariani, St. Paul 156,794.25
6. Western Underground, Minneapolis 134,670.00
The above bids were referred to the Village Engineer for tabulation and
recommendation by Clerk Justad.
Meeting Adjourned
Inasmuch as there was no quorum, meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P. M.

A meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor 0. B.
Erickson at 8:10 P. M., with the following Council Members present at roll call
as follows:
Trustee Bolmgren Trustee Jorvig
Trustee Perkins Clerk Justad
Mayor 0. B. Erickson
Verified Claims
On motion of Trustee Perkins, seconded by Trustee Bolmgren, the following
verified claims were approved, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue warrants covering same, by unanimous vote of Council Members present by
roll call as follows: Trustee Bolmgren, yea; Trustee Perkins, yea; Trustee Jorvig,
yea; Clerk Justad, yea and Mayor 0. B. Erickson, yea:
