Mayor Village Clerk', 4. That the Clerk is directed to publish advertisement for bids for purchase of said certificates to be opened at the Village Council meeting July 31, 1950. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all offers. 5. That said water main extension improvements are hereby consolidated for the purpose of exonomy as Water Main Project No. 0-6143, and a special assess- ment fund is hereby created for these improvements, All of the proceeds from the sale of the certificates herein authorized shall be placed in such fund. Into such fund shall be placed all moneys received from the payment of any assess- ment levied on account of this fund. A sufficient amount of moneys to provide for the payment of the principal.and interest of said certificates as they severally mature shall be without further authority transferred by the Village Treasurer into such fund from the general fund when the special assessment Tund is in sufficient to pay the principal and interest of said certificates as they severally mature, but the fund from which said moneys have been taken or used for the payment of the principal or interest shall be reimbursed with interest at 6% per annum from the collection of unpaid assessments on account of such improvements. Erickson called a special meeting to order of the Committee of the Whole and Planning Commission at 7:30 P. M., with all Councilmen and all Planning Commission members -except Wm. Chapman, to discuss with the follow- ing persons who were present, the Sneldon-Thomas proposed project for the SE corner of Excelsior Boulevard and Wooddale Avenue. Secretary of Planning Com- mission kept the minutes of the meeting. No action taken, but the Planning Commission took the matter into their meeting held immediately after the adjournment of this meeting at 9:20 P. M. by Mayor Erickson. H. M.
