M., with the following Council Members present at roll call: Trustee Bolmgren Trustee Jorvig • Clerk Justad In the absence of President Erickson, it was moved by Trustee Bolmgren, seconded by Clerk Justad, that Trustee Jorvig act as President of the Council for the meeting. Motion was passed by unanimous vote of Council Members present. Assistant Fire Chief Approved • On motion of Trustee Bolmgren, seconded by Clerk Justad, the recommendation of the Fire Civil Service Commission, dated November 22, 1948, that Kurt Scheibe having passed the examination for the appointment of Assistant Fire Chief, be appointed as Second Assistant Fire Chief, was approved, and Kurt Scheibe was appointed to said position, by unanimous vote of Council Members present. Minutes The minutes of meeting held December 6, 1948 were read and approved as read.
