Amending St. Louis Park official zoning map
The city council of the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota does ordain:
Section 1: The zoning map is hereby amended by changing the non-neighborhood districts
and zoning district boundaries to the proposed Mixed-Use, Business, Industrial, PUD, Park, and
overlay districts and boundaries as indicated on the attached map together with the rezoning of
the property located at 8800 Highway 7 from General Commercial to Neighborhood-4.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect no sooner than fifteen days after its passage
and publication.
